We're Back!

Story Time is back and I have great stories to share, wonderful crafts to make, and healthy snacks to eat. All that is missing is you! Join the fun every Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the McMinnville Public Library. Story time is for preschoolers (ages 4-6).

This past Tuesday we worked with watercolor paints, and read these funny books.


It's so hard trying to decide what animal makes a great pet, so check out What Pet to Get? By Emma Dodd and read about a boy named Jack who has to figure out just which pet will fit.

This octopus has seven friends coming over, and everyone wants something different for dinner. Having eight arms can come in handy! You're invited to read Dinner for Eight By Roger DeMuth.



The pigeon really, really, really wants a puppy. Do you think it's a good idea? The Pigeon Wants a Puppy! By Mo Willems.

Story Time Starts Soon

I just wanted to pop in and say that we will be starting story time very soon.
Starts Tuesday, September 13th!

Tuesdays @ 10 am ~ Emergent Reader Story Time~ for children 4-6 years old
Wednesdays @ 10 and 10:45 ~ Infant Toddler Time ~ for children birth to 3 years old
Every other Thursday (9/15, 9/27, 10/13, 10/27, and 11/10) @ 10:30 ~ Busy Hands and Feet Story time ~ for children 1-6 years old
The Busy Hands and Feet Story Time Fall season will focus on "Back to Basics". I will start with alphabet books on September 15th. Please join me for fun with letters.
